The Cambrian Park Plaza mixed-use village project is a net 17.21 AC general commercial site to be redeveloped into a commercial/ residential mixed-use neighborhood community center with hotel, office, general retail, entertainment and recreation, podium cluster apartment, townhouse, convalescent hospital, and 1.6 AC town square and park. The project aims to be a vibrant urban village in accordance with San Jose's General Plan 2040 and to comply with the city of San Jose's signature project goals and requirements.
